How far is too far?

how far is too far?

I never thought I would do more than one triathlon. I only agreed to do it in the first place because a friend really wanted to, and I thought that once it was out of the way I’d never have to go through the stress, the training or the nerves again. But once I had the results ticket in my hand, I was surprised to find I was so fired up to try and beat my personal best. Events and challenges can be addictive but when should you say “enough is enough”?
