Oshun Swim Returns Policy

You can cancel an order up to 14 days after your order is delivered and return the items for a refund. This does not apply to items that you purchase for digital download or any personalised items. Personalised items can only be refunded if they are faulty.

Our Returns Policy details the steps to take if you want to return an item:

If you change your mind about an order you have placed:

  1. Contact us by email within 14 days of receipt of your order. The email address is [email protected] Please quote your order number and the reason you wish to return your items.
  2. Download our RETURNS SLIP and fill in the details. In your reason for return, please put “changed my mind”.
  3. Return the product to us:
    Oshun Swim Ltd, The Wenta Business Centre, Colne Way, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD24 7ND, UNITED KINGDOM.
    Return the product in suitable packaging as we cannot accept items that are returned in an unsaleable condition.
    Remember to include your returns slip so that we can identify your order.
    We recommend that you get proof of delivery from the Post Office or your courier provider in case the unwanted items get lost in transit.
    We must receive your unwanted items within 14 days of you notifying us by email that you have changed your mind.
    Return postage is at the buyer’s expense.
  4. We will process your return request within 14 days of receiving your unwanted items. We will not be able to offer a refund for items returned in an unsaleable condition, but we can return the original item if you want it back. You will be required to pay for any additional postage costs this incurs.

If your product arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Contact us by email within 30 days of receipt of your order. The email address is [email protected] Please quote your order number and the reason you wish to return your items.
  2. If you are able to provide photographs of the damaged item, this will help us to review our packaging methods or take up a case with our delivery provider and help prevent products arriving in an unsatisfactory condition in future.
  3. Download our RETURNS SLIP and fill in the details. In your reason for return, please put “damaged items”.
  4. Return the product to us:
    Oshun Swim Ltd, The Wenta Business Centre, Colne Way, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD24 7ND, UNITED KINGDOM.
    Return the product in a suitable package as this will help us assess the original cause of damage.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes for any digital items such as items you pay to download or any item which has been personalised unless they are damaged or faulty.
