Where is my order?

It may take up to 30 days for orders to be delivered. If you have been waiting longer than 30 days, please contact us and we will urgently look into locating missing items. Items sold outside of the UK may take longer to arrive. We will send you notification that your order is complete, then depending on the postage option you choose, it may take up to 12 weeks for your order to arrive (based on International Economy shipping, International Standard takes around 2 weeks).

Can I sell Oshun Swim Products at my swim school or to fundraise?

Yes. We actively support swim schools and swimming-related fundraising projects. Contact us to arrange bulk order discounts to help you maximise your fundraising potential.

Please allow up to 1 week for us to answer your enquiry. Add [email protected] to your address book and check your Junk/Spam folders for missing correspondence.

 

“No shipping options available” when I put my address into the cart:

If your order is over a certain value or you are trying to ship to a location not covered by our shipping cost calculator, it will show “no shipping options available”. In this case, please email us letting us know the items you wish to purchase and the address you are sending it to and we will arrange your order separately.

I clicked the lost password link but have not received an email with instructions on how to reset it:

Your email spam filters may have rejected our auto-mailers. Try saving [email protected] to your email address book and try again. If you have not received an email within 5-10 minutes, please contact us and we will manually reset your password for you.
